Debbie Knight, Sales Director at The Acorns, said, “Sales at our nearby location in St Mary’s View, Gislingham, have been excellent.

“The Acorns has a real sense of community with a café, butcher, and both pre- and elementary schools in the village.
“There is also a mobile post office from the town hall twice a week, as well as two pubs that have a long history and can be traced back over 500 years!

“We encourage anyone interested to contact our sales team to find out about our available programs and schedule a viewing.” The model homes available are the Ashdown, a stylish four bedroom home, and the Milford, a three property Bedrooms.

The Milford has a spacious living room, kitchen / dining room, cloakroom, storage cabinets, three spacious one bedroom en-suite bedrooms for added luxury, a family bathroom and an enclosed back garden.
The four bedroom Ashdown also has a designated utility room, separate dining / family room, and two en-suite bedrooms.
Lovell worked with the specialists Edward Thomas Interiors on the bright and contemporary design of the model houses.
“We designed two show homes at The Acorns, one for young couples or those with young families and the other for families with older children,” explains Andy Richardson, Managing Director of Edward Thomas Interiors.
“The three bedroom Milford has a very boho, spirited decor that will appeal to music or travel fans, and we used a light ocher and blush as our main colors, contrasting these with wood and black frame furniture for added impact.
“The lounge has a large bay window that we added an occasional chair, but it could easily accommodate a desk for home work – and look out for a mural in one of the bedrooms.
“The four bedroom Ashdown follows an earthy, natural design with lots of floral patterns, botanical artwork, and a color palette of green, blue, charcoal, and sand.
